Job Description:
This position is Full-time, assumes travel to different job sites, and will perform skilled installation of plumbing systems, repair either existing or new systems as required.
This position requires strong organizational skills, an understanding of a fast-paced work environment, and the ability to make informed decision based on the information available.
This individual will be expected to work with multiple plumbing team members and work directly with the project manager to help achieve a successful project(s).
Minimum
Qualifications:
Up to date on the state of Minnesota mandated continued education courses.
A valid Minnesota Class D Driver's license.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Commercial & Residential plumbing experience.
An understanding/experience of modular construction.
Experience of working with manufactured construction.
Experience of working with panelized construction practices.
Experience of working in Hospitality, Senior Living, Multi-family, and Workforce Housing development sectors.
Education and
Qualifications:
High school diploma Must be able to read and understand all types of architectural plans and specifications.
An understanding of codes and how they impact a construction project.
