Position:
Cleaning Tech As a Cleaning Tech at Sparkling Homes Cleaning, you will play a vital role in relieving stress from the clients by delivering high-quality cleaning services to our valued customers.
Your attention to detail, dedication, and commitment to excellence will contribute to our mission of exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough and efficient cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing designated areas.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas to maintain cleanliness standards.
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to the highest level of quality and within the designated timeframes.
Handle and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies appropriately.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Communicate effectively with clients and address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
Uphold professionalism and a positive attitude while representing Sparkling Homes Cleaning.
Requirements:
Prior experience in professional cleaning services is preferred but not required.
We are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently.
Strong time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license with a reliable and insured vehicle.
Availability for Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Average between $18-25 per hour ($700-1000 per week!) Flexible work schedules to accommodate various needs.
