Enter orders for various customer accounts Review Open order customer reports Confirm Deliveries, order status, relay late orders to account managers & customers, facilitate expedites.
Customer forms, Free Trade Agreements, Return Goods Acknowledgements, pack lists, tracking acknowledgements, etc.
Support Account Managers Coordinate shop schedule with management Coordinate the cross-selling projects between multiple businesses You Must:
General Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) as well as working knowledge of database applications.
Effective and high-quality Customer Service/Relationship management skills via walk-ins, phone, and email Positive, professional attitude, handling difficult customers with ability to diffuse negative situations.
Have (years) experience working with shipping and order management Effective verbal and written skills - must be able to explain technical parts information clearly and able to communicate with customers and accurately input orders.
Knowledge of manufacturing is preferred R&M Manufacturing was founded in 1968 to produce precision sheet metal components.
With over 50 years providing excellence in sheet metal fabrication, R&M will assist with all sheet metal needs - from prototyping to production runs.
